3. İnternet ve internetsiz kullanım

Mağaza uygulamasında internetsiz oynamak Premium'a (aylık, yıllık, deneme ya da ömür boyu) özeldir. Premium olmayan oyuncu internet yokken "İnternete bağlan" ekranını görür; açık bir bulmaca internet giderse bitirilebilir. Premium'un internetsiz geçerliliği, son doğrulanan abonelik bilgisine ve sınırlı bir ek süreye bağlıdır. Satın alma için internet gerekir.

4. Abonelikler

Fiyatlar Türkiye mağazasında (TRY) şöyledir; fiyatlar ülkeye, para birimine, vergilere ve zamana göre değişebilir ve uygulamada satın almadan önce mağazanın gösterdiği fiyat geçerlidir:

Premium şunları sağlar: reklam yok, bütün kitap bulmacaları ve arşiv açık, her gün ücretsiz ipucu kotası, haftalık seri koruyucu, internetsiz oynama.

English

1. The service and acceptance

These terms cover the WordyGo Pop mobile app; the web version is separate and outside their scope. WordyGo Pop is a daily crossword puzzle game with clues in Turkish and answers in English. It is provided by COCONUT OYUN YAZILIM VE TİCARET PAZARLAMA LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (112 Capitol Trail, Suite A1209, Newark, DE 19711, USA). By using the game you accept these terms. See our Privacy Policy.

The game is for users aged 13 and over. Minors must make purchases with the permission of a parent or guardian.

2. No accounts; data stays on your device

There are no accounts. Your progress, coins and unlocked puzzles are stored on your device. If you delete the app or change phones, progress and coins may be lost; there is no cloud save. You can recover Premium and "Remove ads" purchases with "Restore purchases".

3. Internet and offline use

In the store app, offline play is reserved for Premium (monthly, yearly, trial or lifetime). A player without Premium sees a "connect to the internet" screen when offline; a puzzle already open can be finished if the connection drops. Offline validity of Premium depends on the last verified subscription information and a limited extra period. Internet is required to make purchases.

4. Subscriptions

Prices in the Turkish store (TRY) are listed below. Prices vary by country, currency, taxes and over time; the price shown by the store before you buy is the one that applies.

Premium provides: no ads, all book puzzles and the archive unlocked, a daily free-hint allowance, a weekly streak shield, and offline play.

Free trial

The 7-day trial is offered on the yearly plan only, once per store account, subject to the store's eligibility rules. When the trial ends, the paid subscription starts automatically. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or any period, the subscription renews automatically; depending on the store, the renewal charge is made to your store account at the end of the period or within the 24 hours before it ends. If you purchase a subscription during the trial, the remaining trial period may be forfeited under the store's rules.

Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price until you cancel. Payment is charged at confirmation (for a plan with a trial, when the trial ends) to your store account. If the renewal price changes, the store will notify you.

Cancellation

Cancel in the subscription settings of your store account; deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. In the app, Settings > Manage subscription takes you to the relevant page.

If you cancel, Premium continues until the end of the period you paid for.

Refunds

Because the store takes payment, refunds are subject to the refund policy of the store you downloaded the app from, and requests are made to that store.

5. One-time products

6. Coins

Coins are a virtual in-game unit with no monetary value; they cannot be transferred and do not expire. Coin packs (consumable products): 50 coins (TRY 29.99), 175 coins (TRY 89.99), 350 coins (TRY 149.99). Coins are also earned by finishing puzzles and by optionally watching rewarded ads. Coin packs are consumable: refunds for delivered coins are subject to store rules, and "Restore purchases" does not bring coins back. Because coins are stored on your device, deleting the app or changing phones may lose them.

7. Ads

In free use, rewarded and interstitial ads may be shown. Rewarded ads are optional. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

8. Apple standard agreement

On iPhone and iPad you use the app under Apple's standard end user license agreement (EULA): Apple Standard EULA. On Apple devices, the Apple EULA prevails over these terms where they conflict.

9. Content and intellectual property

Puzzles, dictionary, design and artwork belong to COCONUT OYUN YAZILIM VE TİCARET PAZARLAMA LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ or its licensors. You receive a right to use the game for personal, non-commercial use; you may not copy it, reverse engineer it or scrape it with automated tools. Past days' puzzles stay in the archive; at the start of a new cycle the previous cycle's days are removed. Coins spent to unlock an archive day you never started are refunded at the end of the cycle; coins for a day you started or finished are not refunded.

10. Limitation of liability

The game is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for data loss (for example from changing devices or deleting the app). This does not affect liability that cannot be limited by law or your statutory consumer rights.

11. Changes to the service and terms

We may update the game, its features and these terms, or discontinue the service. The current version is on this page and the "Last updated" date changes. We will announce important changes with an app update.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms do not limit your statutory consumer rights or your ability to apply to the competent authorities.
