Bu metin WordyGo Pop'un mobil uygulaması içindir; web sürümü ayrıdır ve bu metnin kapsamı dışındadır. WordyGo Pop (kısaca "oyun"), ipuçları Türkçe, cevapları İngilizce olan günlük bir çengel bulmaca oyunudur. Oyunu COCONUT OYUN YAZILIM VE TİCARET PAZARLAMA LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ sunar (adres: 112 Capitol Trail, Suite A1209, Newark, DE 19711, ABD).

2. Kısaca

Oyunda hesap yoktur. Ad ya da e-posta adresini istemeyiz; konum izni istemeyiz ve GPS gibi kesin konum toplamayız. Reklam ve ölçüm sağlayıcıları, IP adresinden kaba konum (ülke, bölge ya da şehir) çıkarabilir.
İlerlemen cihazında saklanır, bize gönderilmez.
Reklamlar kişiselleştirilmemiştir (kişiye göre seçilmez).
Kullanım istatistiği (Firebase) adını ya da e-postanı içermez; bölgene göre açık ya da kapalıdır. Ayarlar'dan kapatabilirsin.
Ödeme bilgilerin bize ulaşmaz; ödemeyi uygulamayı indirdiğin mağaza alır.

3. Cihazında saklanan veriler

İlerlemen, jetonların, açtığın bulmacalar, ayarların ve kelime defterin cihazında saklanır. Veri kaybı olmasın diye uygulama bu bilgilerin bir kopyasını telefonun kendi uygulama ayarları alanında da tutar. Bu kopya da cihazdadır ve bize gönderilmez. Uygulamayı silersen bu veriler de silinir. Bizim bulut kaydımız yoktur; telefonunun kendi yedeği bu veriyi kapsayabilir.

4. Kullanım istatistikleri (Google Firebase Analytics)

Oyunu iyileştirmek için kullanım istatistiği toplarız. Bu bilgiyi Google Firebase Analytics işler. İstatistik, adını ya da e-postanı içermez; ancak Firebase her uygulama kurulumuna bir uygulama örneği kimliği verir ve olaylar bu kimlikle ilişkilendirilir. Bu kimlik, uygulamayı silip yeniden kurunca değişir.

reklam düğmelerinin görünmesi ve sonuçları, reklam geliri bildirimleri;
jeton, ipucu, kilit açma, arşiv ve seri koruyucu hareketleri;
hatırlatma ve internetsiz ekran etkileşimleri, puanlama isteği, gizlilik tercihi değişiklikleri;
cihaz ve uygulama bilgisi (işletim sistemi, uygulama sürümü), kurulumdan beri geçen gün sayısı, jeton bakiyesi ve Premium durumu; Firebase'in IP adresinden çıkardığı kaba konum (ülke, bölge ya da şehir) ve cihaz bilgileri;
Firebase'in kendiliğinden topladığı olaylar: ilk açılış (first_open), oturum olayları ve uygulama içi satın alma olayları (in_app_purchase).

Ne zaman açık, ne zaman kapalı:

Google'ın rıza formunun gerektiği bölgelerde (şu an Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre): istatistik toplama kapalıdır. ABD'nin bazı eyaletlerinde Google'ın eyalet gizlilik mesajı Ayarlar > Gizlilik tercihleri'nden açılabilir.
Rıza formunun gerekmediği bölgeler (Türkiye dahil olması beklenir): istatistik toplama açık başlar. Ayarlar > Gizlilik bölümündeki "Kullanım istatistikleri" anahtarıyla istediğin zaman kapatabilirsin; kapattığında yeni veri gönderilmez.
Bölgen belirlenemezse temkinli davranılır ve istatistik kapalı kalır.

Saklama süresi: Firebase'de olay ve kullanıcı düzeyindeki veri 14 ay saklanır; toplu (birleştirilmiş) raporlar daha uzun kalabilir.

Reklam kimliği: Kullanım istatistiği için reklam kimliği (iPhone ve iPad'de IDFA, öteki cihazlarda cihazın reklam kimliği) ve iOS'ta IDFV toplanmaz. Google Signals ve reklam kişiselleştirme kapalıdır; ek Google veri paylaşımı seçenekleri kapalıdır. Kişi tanıtıcı kimlik (hesap, ad, e-posta) istatistiğe gönderilmez.

5. Reklamlar (Google AdMob)

Reklamları Google AdMob gösterir. İki tür reklam vardır: istediğinde izlediğin ödüllü reklam (karşılığında jeton) ve bir bulmaca bitişinden çıkarken seyrek gösterilen geçiş reklamı. İlk günlerde ve ilk bulmacalarda geçiş reklamı gösterilmez.
Bütün reklamlar kişiselleştirilmemiş olarak istenir. Yani ilgi alanına göre seçilmez. Reklam içeriği "Genç" (en fazla T) derecesiyle sınırlıdır.
Reklam gösterimi için AdMob cihaz ve uygulama bilgisi, IP adresi (kaba konum), reklam etkileşimleri gibi verileri işler. AdMob, sıklık sınırı ve sahtecilik önleme gibi amaçlarla cihazın reklam kimliğini (iPhone ve iPad'de yalnız takip izni verirsen) ve başka cihaz tanımlayıcılarını kullanabilir.
Google'ın rıza formunun gerektiği bölgelerde (şu an Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık, İsviçre) rıza formu (UMP) gösterilir. ABD'nin bazı eyaletlerinde Google'ın eyalet gizlilik mesajı Ayarlar > Gizlilik tercihleri'nden açılabilir. Türkiye: rıza formunun Türkiye'de gösterilip gösterilmeyeceği AdMob'da kurulan mesaj bölgelerine bağlıdır. Her durumda reklamlar kişiselleştirilmemiştir.
iPhone ve iPad'de Apple'ın "takip izni" (ATT) penceresi bir kez gösterilir (çoğunlukla ilk açılışta; rıza formu gereken bölgelerde formdan sonra). İzin verirsen cihazının reklam kimliği reklam ölçümü için AdMob ile paylaşılabilir; izin vermesen de oyun aynen çalışır. Reklamlar her durumda kişiselleştirilmez. Kararını sonra Ayarlar > Gizlilik ve Güvenlik > İzleme'den değiştirebilirsin.
Reklamları kaldırma: Premium (aylık, yıllık, ömür boyu) hem ödüllü hem geçiş reklamlarını kaldırır. "Reklamsız" ürünü yalnız geçiş reklamını kaldırır; ödüllü reklam isteğe bağlı olarak kalır.

6. Satın alma (mağaza, RevenueCat)

Ödemeyi uygulamayı indirdiğin mağaza alır. Kart ve ödeme bilgilerin bize ulaşmaz. Abonelik ve satın alma durumunu doğrulamak için RevenueCat hizmetini kullanırız. RevenueCat her kuruluma, adını ya da e-postanı içermeyen rastgele bir uygulama kullanıcı kimliği verir ve satın alma geçmişini, IP adresini, cihaz ve uygulama bilgisini işler. iPhone ve iPad'de satın alma altyapısı (RevenueCat) ayrıca uygulama satıcı kimliği (IDFV) bilgisini işler. Öteki cihazlarda RevenueCat donanım/cihaz tanımlayıcısı göndermez; yalnız yukarıdaki rastgele kimliği kullanır. Uygulamayı silip yeniden kurarsan yeni bir kimlik oluşur; satın aldığın Premium ve Reklamsız ürünlerini "Satın alımları geri yükle" ile geri getirebilirsin (jetonlar geri gelmez).

7. Hatırlatma bildirimleri

İstersen akşam saatinde (varsayılan 20:00) günün bulmacasını hatırlatan bildirim kurulur. Ayrıca yıllık Premium denemesi başlatırsan ve bildirim izni varsa, deneme bitmeden önce bir hatırlatma gelir. Bu bildirimler yalnız cihazında kurulur; sunucumuz yoktur ve bu iş için veri gönderilmez. Günlük hatırlatmayı uygulamanın Ayarlar bölümünden kapatabilirsin; bütün bildirimleri telefonunun ayarlarından kapatabilirsin. Deneme bitişi bildirimi günlük hatırlatmadan ayrıdır: günlük hatırlatma kapalı olsa da bildirim izni varsa gelir.

8. Telaffuz (sesli okuma)

İngilizce telaffuz için cihazın kendi konuşma motoru kullanılır (sistemin metin okuma ve konuşma sentezi motoru). Okunan kelime bize gönderilmez. Cihazının konuşma motoru kendi gizlilik koşullarına tabidir.

9. Sonucu paylaşma ve kaydetme

Sonucunu resim olarak kaydetmeyi ya da paylaşmayı seçersen, işlem cihazının kendi paylaşım ve fotoğraf kaydetme özellikleriyle yapılır; yalnız sen istediğinde çalışır.

10. Çocuklar ve yaş

WordyGo Pop 13 yaş ve üstü içindir; 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek 13 yaş altından veri toplamayız. Oyun yaş sormaz. Yaşı bilinmediği için herkese kişiselleştirilmemiş reklam gösterilir. 13 yaşın altında olduğunu fark edersen oyunu kullanmamalısın; bize yazarsan yardımcı oluruz.

11. Üçüncü taraf hizmet sağlayıcılar

Aşağıdaki sağlayıcılar kendi gizlilik politikalarına göre veri işler:

Google (AdMob reklamları, rıza formu, Firebase Analytics): Google Gizlilik Politikası; ayrıca Google'ın iş ortağı site ve uygulamalardan veriyi nasıl kullandığı ve Firebase gizlilik ve güvenlik.
RevenueCat (abonelik ve satın alma durumu): RevenueCat Gizlilik Politikası.
Mağazalar (ödeme): Apple Gizlilik Politikası, Google Gizlilik Politikası.

Bu sağlayıcıların sunucuları yurt dışında olabilir; bu nedenle verilerin bir kısmı yurt dışına aktarılabilir. Uygulama ile hizmet sağlayıcılar arasındaki veri aktarımı şifreli bağlantıyla (HTTPS) yapılır. Bizim sunucumuz yoktur; oyun verilerin cihazında kalır.

12. Saklama süresi

Cihazındaki veriler sen silene (ya da uygulamayı kaldırana) kadar durur. Firebase'de kullanıcı ve olay düzeyindeki veri 14 ay saklanır; toplu raporlar daha uzun kalabilir. RevenueCat ve AdMob için saklama süreleri sağlayıcıların politikalarına bağlıdır.

13. Haklarını nasıl kullanırsın

6698 sayılı KVKK ve (Avrupa'da) GDPR kapsamında; verilerinin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi isteme, düzeltme, silme, işlemeye itiraz etme ve (açık rızaya dayanan işlemelerde) rızanı geri çekme gibi haklara sahip olabilirsin. 1. Who we are

This text covers the WordyGo Pop mobile app; the web version is separate and outside its scope. WordyGo Pop (the "game") is a daily crossword puzzle game with clues in Turkish and answers in English. The game is provided by COCONUT OYUN YAZILIM VE TİCARET PAZARLAMA LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (address: 112 Capitol Trail, Suite A1209, Newark, DE 19711, USA).

2. In short

There are no accounts. We do not ask for your name or email address; we do not request location permission and do not collect precise (GPS-like) location. Ad and analytics providers may derive approximate location (country, region or city) from your IP address.
Your progress is stored on your device and is not sent to us.
All ads are non-personalized.
Usage statistics (Firebase) contain no name or email; they are on or off depending on your region, and you can turn them off in Settings.
We never receive your payment details; the store you downloaded the app from processes payments.

3. Data stored on your device

Your progress, coins, unlocked puzzles, settings and word book are stored on your device. To avoid data loss, the app also keeps a copy in the phone's own app-preferences storage. This copy stays on the device and is not sent to us. Deleting the app deletes this data. We have no cloud save; your phone's own backup may include this data.

4. Usage statistics (Google Firebase Analytics)

To improve the game we collect usage statistics, processed by Google Firebase Analytics. The statistics contain no name or email; however Firebase assigns each app installation an app instance ID and events are associated with it. This ID changes when you uninstall and reinstall the app.

What is collected (general categories):

app opens and screen views;
puzzle completions (type, stars, hint use, coins earned);
paywall views, purchases, restores and subscription status changes (product and result);
ad button impressions and results, ad revenue notices;
coin, hint, unlock, archive and streak-shield activity;
reminder and offline-screen interactions, review prompts, privacy choice changes;
device and app information (operating system, app version), days since install, coin balance and Premium status; plus approximate location (country, region or city) that Firebase derives from your IP address, and device details;
events Firebase collects automatically: first open (first_open), session events and in-app purchase events (in_app_purchase).

When it is on or off:

Regions where Google's consent form is required (currently the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland): statistics collection is off. In some US states, Google's state privacy message can be opened from Settings > Privacy choices.
Regions where the consent form is not required (Turkey is expected to be one): statistics collection starts on. You can turn it off at any time with the "Kullanım istatistikleri" (Usage statistics) switch under Settings > Privacy; after that no new data is sent.
If your region cannot be determined, we stay cautious and statistics remain off.

Retention: Firebase keeps event and user-level data for 14 months; aggregated reports may be kept longer.

Advertising ID: For statistics we do not collect the advertising identifier (IDFA on iPhone and iPad, the device's advertising ID on other devices) or the iOS IDFV. Google Signals and ad personalization are turned off, and additional Google data-sharing options are off. No identifying data (account, name, email) is sent with statistics.

5. Ads (Google AdMob)

Ads are served by Google AdMob. There are two kinds: rewarded ads that you choose to watch (in exchange for coins) and occasional interstitial ads when you leave a finished puzzle. No interstitial ads are shown during the first days and first puzzles.
All ads are requested as non-personalized, i.e. not chosen based on your interests. Ad content is limited to the "Teen" (max T) rating.
To serve ads, AdMob processes data such as device and app information, IP address (approximate location) and ad interactions. AdMob may use your device's advertising ID (on iPhone and iPad only if you grant tracking permission) and other device identifiers for purposes such as frequency capping and fraud prevention.
Regions where Google's consent form is required (currently the EEA, UK and Switzerland): the consent form (UMP) is shown. In some US states, Google's state privacy message can be opened from Settings > Privacy choices. Ads are not requested before you answer the form; even if you decline, non-personalized or limited ads may be shown. You can reopen it under Settings > "Gizlilik tercihleri" (Privacy choices), which appears only in regions where it is required. The form is shown in English and Turkish.
Turkey: whether the consent form appears in Turkey depends on the regions targeted by the messages set up in AdMob. Ads are non-personalized in every case.
On iPhone and iPad, Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt is shown once (usually at first launch; in regions that require the consent form, after that form). If you allow it, your device's advertising identifier may be shared with AdMob for ad measurement; the game works the same if you decline. Ads are never personalized either way. You can change this later in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
Removing ads: Premium (monthly, yearly, lifetime) removes both rewarded and interstitial ads. The "Remove ads" product removes interstitial ads only; rewarded ads remain optional.

6. Purchases (store, RevenueCat)

Payments are processed by the store you downloaded the app from. Your card and payment details never reach us. We use RevenueCat to verify subscription and purchase status. RevenueCat assigns each installation a random app user ID that contains no name or email, and processes purchase history, IP address, and device and app information. On iPhone and iPad, the purchase service (RevenueCat) also processes the identifier for vendor (IDFV). On other devices RevenueCat does not send a hardware/device identifier; it uses only the random ID above. If you delete and reinstall the app, a new ID is created; you can recover Premium and "Remove ads" purchases with "Restore purchases" (coins are not restored).

7. Reminder notifications

If you choose, a notification reminds you of the daily puzzle in the evening (default 20:00). If you start the yearly Premium trial and notifications are allowed, a reminder is also scheduled shortly before the trial ends. These notifications are scheduled locally on your device; we run no server for them and no data is sent for this purpose. You can turn off the daily reminder in the app's Settings; you can turn off all notifications in your phone settings. The trial-end notification is separate from the daily reminder: it is delivered even if the daily reminder is off, as long as notification permission is granted.

8. Pronunciation (text to speech)

English pronunciation uses your device's own speech engine (the system text-to-speech and speech synthesis engine). The spoken word is not sent to us. Your device's speech engine is subject to its own privacy terms.

9. Sharing and saving results

If you choose to save or share your result as an image, this is done with your device's own share and photo-saving features and only when you ask for it.

10. Children and age

WordyGo Pop is intended for users aged 13 and over. It is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. The game does not ask your age; because age is unknown, everyone sees non-personalized ads. If you are under 13 please do not use the game; contact us and we will help.

11. Third-party service providers

These providers process data under their own privacy policies:

Google (AdMob ads, consent form, Firebase Analytics): Google Privacy Policy; also How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and Firebase privacy and security.
RevenueCat (subscription and purchase status): RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
Stores (payments): Apple Privacy Policy, Google Privacy Policy.

These providers' servers may be located outside your country, so some data may be transferred internationally. Data exchanged between the app and service providers travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). We run no server of our own; your game data stays on your device.

12. Retention

Data on your device stays until you delete it or uninstall the app. Firebase keeps user- and event-level data for 14 months; aggregated reports may be kept longer. Retention for RevenueCat and AdMob depends on those providers' policies.

13. Your rights

Under the Turkish KVKK (Law No. 6698) and, in Europe, the GDPR, you may have rights such as access, information, rectification, erasure, objection and (where processing is based on consent) withdrawal of consent. 14. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is on this page and the "Last updated" date above changes. We will announce important changes with an app update.
